This page explains how to request deletion of data that AdBridge holds because you used our Service or connected your Meta account. For a full description of what we collect and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
What this covers
AdBridge may store your account information, workspace and campaign data, Meta connection credentials, and cached ad performance data. The steps below describe how to remove that data.
Option 1 — Disconnect Meta in AdBridge
Use this when you want to stop AdBridge from accessing your Meta account but keep your AdBridge account.
- Log in to AdBridge.
- Go to Channels (in the app menu).
- Find your Meta connection and click Disconnect.
We remove stored Meta credentials and stop syncing Meta data for that workspace.
Option 2 — Remove AdBridge in Facebook
Use this when you want to revoke AdBridge’s access from your Meta account settings.
- Go to your Facebook account Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Select AdBridge and choose Remove.
- Follow the prompts to confirm removal.
You can also visit Facebook Apps and Websites settings directly.
Option 3 — Delete a workspace
Use this when you want to delete all data for a specific business workspace, including campaigns and Meta connection data tied to that workspace.
- Log in to AdBridge and open the workspace you want to delete.
- Go to Settings (workspace settings).
- Scroll to Delete workspace and follow the confirmation steps.
Workspace deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 4 — Delete your full AdBridge account
Use this when you want all personal data we hold about you removed from AdBridge.
- Email [PRIVACY_EMAIL] from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include your full name, the email on your AdBridge account, and the names of any workspaces you use.
- If you connected Meta, include the email on your Meta account if it differs from your AdBridge email.
We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information by law.
What we delete
Depending on the option you choose, we delete or stop processing:
- your account profile and login data;
- workspace, campaign, and audience data;
- Meta access credentials and connected asset identifiers;
- cached ad performance data stored in AdBridge.
What we may retain
We may keep minimal records where required by law, such as invoices or records needed to resolve disputes. If paid billing is active, payment-related records may be kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Confirmation
For email deletion requests, we reply to confirm when your data has been deleted. If you disconnect Meta or delete a workspace in the app, the change takes effect immediately in AdBridge.
