These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AdBridge website and application (the “Service”) operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“AdBridge”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
AdBridge is a business tool that helps small businesses create and manage advertising on Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s advertising platform. Features may change as we improve the product. We describe current capabilities on our website and in the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes. By using AdBridge, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business or organization on whose behalf you use the Service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Meta integration
To use advertising features, you may connect a Meta business account. You authorize AdBridge to access the Meta assets you select, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for:
- compliance with Meta’s advertising policies, Platform Terms, and applicable law;
- payment for ads billed directly by Meta to your ad account;
- the accuracy and legality of your ad content.
AdBridge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in AdBridge, including ad copy, images, and campaign settings. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service, including sending it to Meta when you publish campaigns.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, or harmful.
6. Fees
Some plans may be free; paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans (Growth and Pro) are billed through our payment provider on the schedule shown at checkout. The Starter plan is free. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from Settings → Billing or through the customer portal linked from your account. Meta may charge you separately for ad spend through your connected ad account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by circumventing rate limits or security measures;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse data obtained through the Service, including Meta platform data;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
AdBridge owns the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the Service. Do not use Meta’s trademarks in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Meta and infrastructure providers, that have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific ad results, or that Meta’s APIs will always be available. You use the Service at your own risk regarding your advertising decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in [MEMBER_STATE], AdBridge and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to AdBridge in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid fees.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AdBridge harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your ad content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of Meta’s policies or applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [MEMBER_STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [GOVERNING_LAW_VENUE], unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you different rights.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
