We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — your name, email address, and login credentials (stored securely).
- Business and campaign data — workspace name, audience settings, campaign content you enter, and ad settings you configure in AdBridge.

- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and session identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
- Support and security records — records of important account actions when needed for support, troubleshooting, or security.
3. How we collect data

4. Why we use your data
We process personal data for the following purposes:

5. Meta connection
AdBridge helps you manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta’s platform. When you connect Meta, you choose what AdBridge can access. We use that access only to:
- link your ad account, Facebook Page, and Instagram account;
- publish and manage campaigns you create in AdBridge;
- show ad performance and insights in AdBridge.
We do not sell Meta data. We do not use Meta data to build unrelated advertising profiles or for purposes outside the Service. You can disconnect Meta at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Meta’s own services are governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta Platform Terms. AdBridge is not affiliated with Meta.
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only as needed to run the Service:
- Meta Platforms — when you use the Meta integration, under Meta’s terms.
- Service providers — trusted partners who host or operate the Service on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run AdBridge. Where possible, hosting is within the EU/EEA.
- Payment providers — when you subscribe to a paid plan (for example, Stripe).
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the country where you live and, when you use Meta or certain service providers, in other countries including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. How long we keep data
- Account data — while your account is active. After a deletion request, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records longer by law.
- Meta connection data — until you disconnect Meta or delete your workspace or account.
- Campaign and performance history — for the life of your workspace, or until you delete the workspace.
- Security and activity logs — up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons.
9. How we protect your data
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encryption of sensitive credentials, access controls, and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to maintain appropriate protections for the data we handle.
10. Your rights
